It is a spiritual psychotherapy curriculum that emphasizes healing and forgiveness, and it promotes an experience of God's love for all.

The Course has a large following in many parts of the world and is taught in many forms. It consists of a 669-page Text, a 488-page Workbook with 365 daily lessons, and a 92-page Manual for Teachers. The book-set is published by the Foundation for Inner Peace, an educational non-profit organization in the United States. Since its publication in 1976, it has been used extensively by individuals and groups of all types, as a form of spiritual psychotherapy. The ACIM course is a comprehensive curriculum with both theoretical and practical components. It also provides a model for how to apply the principles of the course in everyday life.

In this book, Miller examines the teachings of the Course and its emphasis on forgiveness, the illusory nature of the ego-self, and the holy relationship. Our discussion groups are a great place to read along and learn the principles of A Course in Miracles (ACIM). This self-study spiritual thought system offers the tools for a transformational shift in perception from fear to love. It is a process that helps you to “remember God” within. You are encouraged to study the 365 daily lessons and apply them to your life. Each week the group meets for a guided meditation followed by reading and discussing a passage from the book. You are welcome regardless of your experience level.

The class is facilitated by Gilda, who has been studying ACIM since 1989 and believes that it saved her life. She will share her experiences and teach from the book with an emphasis on practical applications of the teachings to everyday life.

Join this small group that reads along with the weekly lessons in a relaxed and supportive environment. You are invited to bring your own copy of the text or borrow a book from the library. This is a social structure that has been long standing at our church and often continues year round outside of the scheduled book study time frames.

This course is a new way of looking at Unity and A Course in Miracles highlighting the striking similarities of these two metaphysical teachings. It’s a wonderful gift for those interested in learning more about these powerful, healing teachings. You’ll also find it helpful if you are already studying one or both of these paths as it illuminates their common foundation in the awareness of our true nature—love.

The group will meet a few times per week to discuss the text and workbook chapters. The group will also be able to support members with any personal issues that come up. The groups will be facilitated by experienced ACIM students. This will help them keep the group focused on the material and avoid diversionary discussions or arguing over interpretations of the course’s teachings.

Whether you are new to A Course in Miracles or have been studying the course for years, this is an excellent opportunity to meet with like-minded people and learn more about the metaphysics of the course. Many of the principles can seem radical, but they are very effective for healing childhood traumas and other lifelong struggles.

Sunday Circle

A Course in Miracles (ACIM) is a self-study course designed to bring spiritual transformation. The text includes 365 daily lessons, which are not intended to be read in isolation but rather with the support of a study group. The metaphysics of ACIM are highly compatible with Unity teachings.

Each Sunday morning, 15-25 people gather to read a portion of the current lesson and discuss it with the group. This is not a class in the traditional sense, but an opportunity for those wanting to look at their fear-based thoughts and behaviors, a place of non-judgmental support and friendship, a way to see their true innocence and start to put their life back into God’s hands.

Friendship Circle provides organized physical and social structures that support inclusive friendships, connections, respite and fulfillment for youth with disabilities, teen volunteers, their respective families and the community at large. This weekly opportunity allows children and teens to participate in fun and engaging activities with their peers while receiving one-on-one attention from dedicated teen volunteers.
